We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
If your treatment plan involves more extensive care, our team is happy to discuss financial arrangements in advance.
5% Discount
Enjoy a 5% discount on operative fees over $100 when paid in full by cash or check on the day of treatment.
Layaway Option
We offer a flexible "layaway" option to help make your care more affordable.
Lab Services
For procedures requiring lab work, 50% of the treatment fee is due at the initial visit, regardless of insurance coverage.
Insurance Assistance
As a courtesy, we accept and file most dental insurance claims, including PPO out-of-network, indemnity, and traditional plans. However, we do not participate in managed care networks. We believe your dental care should be guided by you and your doctor—not limited by insurance restrictions.

- Submit pre-treatment estimates so you understand your coverage
- File all necessary insurance forms for you
- Help maximize your benefits and work with you on any remaining balance
Please note that insurance plans vary widely in coverage and reimbursement schedules. Your individual policy is an agreement between you and your insurance provider. You are ultimately responsible for any balance not covered.
