We accept and file most dental insurance plans, including:
- PPO out-of-network
- Oraditional indemnity plans (non-managed care)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Please note: Your dental benefits are determined by your agreement with your insurance provider. You are ultimately responsible for any amount not covered.
Flexible Payment Options
- 5% Discount on operative fees over $100 when paid in full by cash or check on the day of treatment
- All major credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Layaway-style financing available
- Treatments requiring lab work: 50% due at the start of care, regardless of insurance
